$150 for a sole trader business name and ABN registration

$500 for a partnership

$1,210 for a Company (includes the $538 ASIC fee)

$700 for a Trust with individual trustees

$1,750 for a Trust with a Company trustee (includes the $538 ASIC fee)

• Initial consultation to discuss your needs and options

• Legal documents (Trust Deed or Partnership agreement)

• ASIC company registration (ASIC fee included)

• ATO registrations (ABN, TFN, PAYGW, GST)
